Raj is a partner in ILS Rights’ London practice and is a Fellow of the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants (FCCA). He has over 17 years of licensing experience gained both in industry and in forensic consulting practice. Raj was formerly a director at PwC’s Intellectual Property Rights Management and Forensic Services practice in London and prior to that he spent seven years with The Walt Disney Company – Licensing, in Paris and London. He also set up and headed Disney Consumer Products’ license compliance team in London covering Europe, Middle East and Africa.

Raj has conducted royalty audits throughout the world and advises clients on licensing best practices, contract compliance and effective royalty audit programmes and revenue maximisation. His client industry experience includes Entertainment & Media, Character Merchandising, Publishing, Media Advertising, Sportswear, Luxury goods, and Pharmaceutical sectors. Raj has also provided expert witness testimony on licensing dispute cases including assisting the American Arbitration Association’s tribunal appointed expert in the determination of amounts due in relation to a licensing dispute involving parties over three continents. Raj has spoken at various industry seminars including Brand Licensing, Europe on licensing best practices and revenue maximisation.

Serj is a network partner in ILS Rights’ Los Angeles practice. Serj has 20 years of professional experience, including 10 years specifically focused in the licensing industry. He was formerly a Director at PwC’s Intellectual Property Rights Management forensic services practice in Los Angeles and prior to that was the Head of Disney Consumer Products European Licensing Compliance Division at The Walt Disney Company in London, taking over from Raj.

Serj has conducted royalty audits throughout the world. He advises and consults with companies in the Consumer Products, Entertainment & Media, & Publishing sectors. He obtained his Certified General Accountant Designation (CGA) from the CGA Association of Canada and has also received his Certified Licensing Professional designation (CLP) from the Licensing Executive Society of North America (LES. Serj is also a member of the International Licensing Industry Merchandisers’ Association (LIMA).

Allan is a network partner in ILS Rights’ Hong Kong practice. He is fluent in both Cantonese and Mandarin and has experience in auditing licensees throughout the Asia Pacific region. Allan has over 12 years of experience in public and commercial audit and financial accounting.

Allan worked for several years with KPMG in Hong Kong before joining The Walt Disney Company – Licensing, in Hong Kong where he was senior auditor and supervisor at Disney Consumer Products’ license compliance team responsible for the Asia Pacific region. He holds a degree in accounting and business management. With the 12 years of working in Asia Pacific region, Allan has gained extensive understanding and experience on the uniqueness of licensing and general business practices in Asia. He is specialised in dealing with business partners with his strong Asian cultural background which has proven successful in his previous assignments. He also has a solid network on licensing businesses in Asia.
